Comments: Dr. Siparsky was able to look at my extremely painful and disabled shoulder and determine the issues and refer me to the proper care after just 1 visit. He explained that my 4 shoulder surgeries, including the replacement, were part of the issue and that a reverse shoulder replacement by ANOTHER doctor would possibly be the best treatment for my pain and give me back motion. Since I have no subscapulary tendon left in my rotator cuff, he explained that the bicep would take over the motion and pain would be relieved from doing this. I felt that since he did not want to try to operate on me himself, explained everything thoroughly, was very knowledgeable, and gave a thorough exam of the mri, a physical exam and ordered a cat scan.
He was looking at everything he possibly could to give me the best solution and not just rush me into surgery right away to make money for himself. He was caring and intensely intelligent.
